The rooms were not clean enough. My room window was on the main hall and I had no privacy. The ac sound was super loud my kids didn’t sleep the whole night. Despite the vacancy lights was on but the staff said they do not have any vacant room to change ours.
The front desk, cleanliness, bathroom, ac.
