I liked that it was close to the airport, that’s why I picked it since our flight was getting in late at night.
I requested a late check in, between 11pm and midnight and got an email saying it had been approved. When I got there at 11:30 the lady told me multiple times there were no rooms, just because I booked online doesn’t guarantee I actually get a room, we ruined her night by showing up, I should’ve gotten there sooner, it didn’t matter that I requested a late check in or that it was approved. She told 3 other people after me the same things and also told them to figure it out on their own. After an hour, she put us in a room and said if you don’t like it, take it up with the manager tomorrow. The next morning a different lady at the desk called me to come pay because I was charged as a no show and I needed to fill out paperwork again because the lady from check in threw mine away. I told her about the night before and she looked mortified and told me to talk to management because that was unacceptable. I ended up leaving before anyone came in but I emailed the manager at the address on the business card and have not heard back yet.
