Thought we were in cottages on water. Totally mislead & ended up in older rooms on other end of property. Right across from porta-potties😳 Still nice view, but not what we booked😠 That’s what we get for booking two rooms! Front desk staff rude. Should be called Chateau NO! No we can’t do that, NO, NO. Extremely inflexible!
We spent a lot of $$$ ie 2 rooms, spa services, dinner with pricey wine & not once was there any warmth from the front desk. Guy who checked us in late at night sent us off into the dark with no map. Had to come back for an escort😖 Do not plan on having dinner outside past 6:30! Again, NO! Lots of rules that impede feeling relaxed. Although spa service with Kate was fantastic!
