    Absolute best service. The food was amazing. The views were stunning. My daughter’s birthday was the day we checked in and they decorated the whole room for her. I would recommend anyone to go! I will definitely be back. The staff was amazing

    We travel regularly for business and pleasure in the USA and Europe. Truly surprised that Castle Hill was such a lovely venue. Although small, our room was special. Breakfast and tea were great. The lawn was amazing at sunset. Staff very friendly and trying to accommodate but service was spotty. We hope to be back soon.

    We stayed in Harbor House which has great private view of harbor and steps down to a small cove. That all was delightful to discover. The hard product is very nice, cozy and charming. The grounds and view on lawn are of course beautiful. Unfortunately our stay was marred by the valet/bellhop service who seem to be there just for the tips and couldn’t manage to bring our things to the room without it being a clown show. There was no care, we had an item damaged, we had to ask for missing items left in trunk, etc. The front desk was ok, but again didn’t feel any of the genuine warmth and spirit of customer service that mark true luxury hotels. Stay here for the location and view, but don’t expect top notch customer service.

    We had the most amazing weather to enjoy the amazing Castle Hill Inn. Such a great atmosphere to enjoy a drink on the lawn overlooking the bay. Full disclosure it is expensive but if you can, treat yourself.
