The location was excellent. The room was excellent including the two person bath.
Instructions to get to the breakfast were not provided. The breakfast was OK once we located it, but not exceptional.

Clean. Roomy. Quiet even though in town.

Good price without knowing about the city but certainly not a walkable location. Odd facilities, but I understand the owner putting his property to use.
No elevator and traveling for an extended time with large luggage was a challenge for us being a little older- in our 60’s hauling 50 lb suitcases upstairs. Also could use a deep cleaning and general fixing up.
