evening desk clerk was helpful, polite and accommodating. As some of the other reviews mention, there are some needed updates, but for the price... it was clean enough. As a former hotel GM, I recognized that there are some long-term guests who are staying there for work. This can feel a little uncomfortable for the traveler thinking that people "live" at the property. I knew what to expect when I saw the work trucks in the parking lot and I was unbothered and so should you be. Crews traveling for work need an affordable place to stay while they are away from home so, yes, just some hard-working folks making themselves as comfortable as possible while away from their home. We would stay again if we were in the area. Simple, clean, convenient, friendly staff, breakfast, pool, coffee, and a decent bed... all I needed!

The staff behind the desk at check in and check out were outstanding. So helpful and considerate and nice. Not just with us but with ALL guests.

The property is very old and dated. Renovation markings and holes in wall, ripped wallpaper, old.

location is bigger space

hand soap and toiletries like toothpaste and tooth brush provided but needed to ask. the reception lose temper when my parter unable to undestand much the situation. nevertheless its fair.
