Drury Inn & Suites Cape Girardeau

This property is great! The staff is over the top friendly, the breakfast and dinner include is such a great deal and was excellent with lots of options, the room and hotel was clean.

The hot tub was lukewarm at best and barely worked, also the timer went over every 5 minutes. Both the pool and hot tub could use a good cleaning and remodel.

I arrived, they said I still have time to get some dinner, (free, unexpected), it was wonderful. Got to my room, a large sitting room, with extended bedroom with a giant king sized bed. Slept like a King. I tried to help keep the rooms clean.

Absolutely Nothing.

The breakfast buffet was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was originally placed in the room next to the maintenance room. With loud noises coming from the room, I couldn’t sleep and at midnight I had enough and staff changed me to a new room. My only question is why was I put in a room next to the maintenance room when they had other similar rooms available. I can’t imagine that I am the only person who has ever complained about the loud noises in this room. The pool was also out of commission while we were there.
