The bed mattresses and pillows were fantastic. Staff was super friendly when we checked in. Room was exceptionally clean. Showers had great water pressure.

The WIFI was finicky, we gave up using it. A swimming pool would have made the stay perfect.

Easily accessible. Quick breakfast provided. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in. Very nice staff. Plenty of parking. Will stay there again.

It was good the way it was.

Cleanliness of room and an overwhelmed staff.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The woman at check in was very kind and friendly. The hotel itself sits back fast enough from the highway that only the occasional loud vehicle could be heard, at least while I was still awake, and then once I was asleep there wasn't one loud enough to wake me. There was enough room in our room (2 queens and a sleeper sofa) for my husband, myself, and our two teens to spread out, so that was definitely nice!

It felt like the value wasn't there for what I paid. There was an issue with my room, a safety issue at that, and when I tried to report it at check out, the staff that assisted me in checking out didn't seem to care at all and didn't even offer to report the issue to management or maintenance. I'm not sure if maybe it wasn't his area and he was just filling in or what the deal was, but it was kind of upsetting considering that someone could have been seriously hurt.
