Not your fault but it was cold outside so we couldn’t walk around or appreciate the grounds or town

The room was spacious. The meals were good (dinner in the tavern and breakfast in the main dining room). The staff was friendly. The location was great.
The fake red, white, and blue flowers in all the public areas really detract from the overall ambiance. The public areas in the west wing are very ugly. The elevator in the west wing looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in years.
