Location was great for us. It was clean.
A little noisy; could hear others and outside noises easily. The was ice and flooding directly in front of our door. About 3-4 inches of water.

The location to Boyne Mountain was extremely close
The rooms were a little small, however it was extremely clean. Staff was friendly and the location and affordability was just what we wanted.

Parking by the room door was available.
Clean and comfortable beds.
The room was warm.
The carpet was not so clean.
It was a very small room.
It was a little pricey for what you get.
