overall experience was great. Loved being able to open the door to see and hear the ocean so close.
I advised when booking that we would be traveling with a pet. Receptionist seemed surprised at check-in that we had a pet. Didn't mind the extra cost for pet. And do understand the the policy about the sheets and blankets. But would have liked to be informed before traveling so i could bring accommodations. Made for a sleepless night.

It has everything you need and more. Close proximity to the beach and for impaired walkers such as myself I am grateful! The rooms are stocked and clean.
Stairs are sometimes hard for me but I knew that going in. The bed was in need of a new mattress.

We really enjoyed the location. It was quieter than other areas and it had a trail that leads directly to the beach which made for some excellent sunset photos. The room itself was bright and airy with a fireplace and a balcony that you could use for sitting outside and listening to the ocean. Overall it was a great stay!
My bed mattress was a little lopsided, it felt like I was gonna roll off the bed. The pillows could use a bit more fluffy form pillows, mine felt the the air came out of them!

View great. Beds comfy. Location great. Nearby restaurants.
Windows not clean! We were there for 3 nights! Rained first 2 days, but windows still should have been cleaned. Also signs of a dog and/or child on refrigerator & windows.
No bathroom fan in one of 2 bathrooms.
