I loved the location and watching the fireworks show from the balcony. Comfy beds were nice too.
I did not like that I asked for months if we couod check in by 2:00pm and got wishy washy answers. Asked the same the very day we were to check in same things. We got into town and were told our room was not ready. We go to check in at 4, the actual check in time and our room was still not ready. For the price the our room was really run down and there was no air-conditioning.

The beach is right at your doorstep — a perfect location. And, the room is specious and clean.
As far as I could tell, there was no air conditioning in the room, and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow.
