Great location, won't stay again.
Location is excellent - right on the lake. The shower was clean. The internet and TV worked great. Linens were clean.
Room was way too small. Sink in bathroom barely drained. Not enough desk space (small desk). We were put in a room facing the street - we were told there was only one other room rented - couldn't we have stayed in a room with a view of the lake? Pillows were stiff.

Can't believe we have lived in Ohio for 45 years and have never visited here before.
Great location for visiting wineries, covered bridges, and even visiting the casino in Erie, PA. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, especially the innkeeper, who gave us insight into the past history of the property and plans for the future. A really nice breakfast is delivered to your room every morning -- not one of those "all you can eat" hotel chain breakfasts, but a nutritious breakfast to get your day started.
Certainly not the fault of the inn, but we booked the last room available and it was small; on our next visit we will book something larger. Nonetheless, the room was clean & comfortable. Also, because I assume it was off-season, some of the wineries had reduced hours of operation, as did some restaurants.

Small rooms, small breakfast and disappointing renovations which meant being outside wasn’t possible
Disappointed with the size of the room which could not accommodate 2 suitcases. Renovation of outside brickwork was noisy and left dust everywhere. Unable to even sit outside next to the lake which is why we chose the place.

Things needs updated like doors don’t close properly. Baseboard molding rotted out. Doesn’t compare to Hampton inn suites I normally stay at. But we only spent 1 night there.

Conveniently located and a very nice included breakfast.
We liked that breakfast was included in our stay and that it was delivered to our room. It was also very good and there was plenty to eat. We also liked the location of the Inn. It was convenient to the wineries in the area.
I was disappointed that there is no view from the cottage we were in from the window.

Beautiful, clean, Friendly
Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast. The entire property is breathtaking. I loved that food and fun was just a 10 min walk.
I did feel like you could hear everything and every movement someone made when being in your room. Felt like I was tip toeing so that I didn’t disturb anyone else . The restaurant is closed Tuesday and Wednesdays so it takes away from the entire experience when you can’t at the restaurant on the property however soo many more are located within 10 min walk.

Overall it was fine, I was not happy about the late breakfast and no offer to make up for it.
Clean, coffee available, cookies, plenty of towels
Room too small for two people and bathroom not functional and sink way too small. Our breakfast was over 30 min late and I had to ask about it twice only to find out it was delivered to the wrong room.
