This hotel has become our go to place when we go to Hammond. It’s convenient to everything he needs to take care of while we are there. We are not far from family so we can also visit but have someplace to go be on our own in the peace and quiet we are used to

Arrived to very welcoming check in, placed in outer room and it started off ok at 3:00 but by 3 in morning people next door were a nightmare, in & out of their room with door slamming that made our glass shake. Two ladies stood right outside of our door playing with door knob as they removed do not disturb. Spoke to front desk in morning and agreed to call next time it happens

Upon walking into the lobby I was greeted and recognized by the awesome front desk at staff. Everyone we have met here has been so kind and helpful. Only issue was rude people next door but they were gone at the end of the weekend

The room was dirty.love seat was stained and just nasty. To the point I would not let my grandsons even set on it.
