    After being forced to wait hours, I was promised a room by 12:30-1:00 PM. Yet, I watched as another guest, who arrived after me, was given a room first. It was only after I confronted them about this blatant unfairness that they acknowledged my reservation. The room I was eventually given was not just disappointing, it was a health hazard, teeming with roaches. This wasn't just poor service; it felt like a deliberate act of disrespect, compounded by unsanitary living conditions. The staff's attitude was appalling from the moment I arrived. Despite my desperate situation, the front desk person was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to check me in late at night even though I was willing to pay. Their unhelpful and unwelcoming demeanor set the tone for an utterly miserable experience, culminating in a room that was not only delayed but also infested with roaches. The blatant disrespect and lack of basic human decency from the staff were truly shocking.
