Friendly staff when you saw them. Great location close to everything on Fremont street.
My bathtub was rusting, the wall next to it and the door were rotting and black, & the bottom wall trim at our door had fallen off and just kicked to the side.

The Golden Nugget is right in the center of the Fremont Experience. We upgraded to a larger room with coffee pot. Parking in the self park garage is easy. The hotel provided ear plugs for the noise.
After the first day's coffee, a packet of four pods was $50. This seems crazy, since the room is expensive and comes with a pot. Staff were unable to help. We were told money would be taken off our bill as a compensation, but it was not. The room was not cleaned the first day. After multiple complaints, it was cleaned the second full day. There are few staff, and the automatic systems are not friendly. You feel like you are being gouged for everything. Wine at the in hotel ship is four times the cost of the shops down the street.
