Stayed 4 nights end of November 2025. It was cold outside and my room was nice and warm. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. $50/night. I won't complain at all.
The place needs a little TLC. The bathroom in #312 needs some minor repairs. Also the floor between the sink and shower needs to be reinforced.

It was in a great spot near gas and restaurants and not too far from where I needed to be the next day.
I had to walk around the building on a very cold night to wait in line to check in with some very loud people around me. When I did finally check in, they put me in the wrong room type, but they also corrected it immediately. The superior king room was clean but run down and there was no kitchenette as shown in the pictures.

The bed was comfortable, and I like that it’s off the main road.
The rooms are are dirty. I’ve stayed here for th price a few times and every room I’ve been in, the floor between the toilet and the tub is soft from water damage. It looks like they tried to cover it up so you don’t notice, but the floor dips down right there a when you step there, you feel like your foot if going to fall through. I also bring my own cleaning supplies and clean the room before I move anything in. Bring your own bedding if you can. It’s obvious the bed cover has not been laundered in forever! I do not trust the sheets. One time they had obviously not been changed!!! Also one of the staff members always talks to everyone like they’ve already done something wrong.
