Convenient location for work and all to see down Naperville. Staff were courteous from the front desk to housekeeping.
I wish the standard king rooms had a refrigerator and microwave. Only upgraded rooms do so I brought my cooler. One ice machine and microwave exists for any guest to use. Which is okay.

Front desk staff and housekeeping is very nice. Prime location in Naperville and close to the highway and lots of shopping. Very comfortable beds and nice room design.
If you use booking.com your reservation might not be received properly. There was lots of miscommunication which was frustrating at first.

What breakfast? Nothing was mentioned. I only saw a coffee pot when I checked in, an empty coffee pot. I did not travel with a pet, but I am happy that Red Roof will allow pets.
The toilet did not stop running after I flushed. I discovered that the chain was too long and caught in the stopper. I didn't like the lack of a refrigerator. It is a commentary that there is a $53 damage deposit. It is refundable, but it is a sign of the current state of affairs.
