The front desk staff was fantastic. I cannot remember her name, but she was a tall, beautiful African-American woman just the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

What breakfast? Nothing was mentioned. I only saw a coffee pot when I checked in, an empty coffee pot. I did not travel with a pet, but I am happy that Red Roof will allow pets.
The toilet did not stop running after I flushed. I discovered that the chain was too long and caught in the stopper. I didn't like the lack of a refrigerator. It is a commentary that there is a $53 damage deposit. It is refundable, but it is a sign of the current state of affairs.
