Convenient location, easy to get from and to the highway, close to multiple gas stations, and easy to access the parking lot. My parents live in the area and I lived in Duluth/Proctor for many years. This has been our choice several times now, throughout the different seasons, and it’s always a pleasure. Clean rooms, plenty of space, safe parking, breakfast included, a pool for those interested, friendly staff, and very fair rates.

My husband wanted to surprise me
For my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make that happen!
We got snowed in and ended up having
to stay an extra night because of the blizzard and while it would have been more of a pain to move rooms and have that room cleaned at a cheaper rate, when I requested if they could go any lower on the same room we booked for $460 for the first two nights, it was an additional $150 BECAUAUSE of that blizzard and something out of our control. When I looked online at the booking.com rate it wasn’t any lower for that same room for that same night. So I was surprised that the “lower” rate was the same as the booking.com price.

This is for the lady that took care of the breakfast area. The gal there was an impeccable cleaner, the area always clean! And she was nice to talk to.

Breakfast was good, room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very nice
At first our 2 rooms were on different floors when we requested to be close. Then the pool was closed for the first few hours. Then the hottub broke in the evening for adults only and there were still kids in there. The next morning the hottub was still closed down
