Rooms look new, modern, and clean.
-No trash cans anywhere on the property. Only a dumpster.
-Office hours are not 24/7
-Too many people lingering on the parking lot

Honestly this was a good deal for the money. The neighbors were also not excessively loud or anything like that! It was definitely a nicer room than I expected for this price range.
The highway rushing by is not something controllable, but it wouldn't be a good place to take a walk. Life is moving fast beyond these walls!
The elevator issues were a bit annoying from time to time.

Great place to stay in Houston. I was there for 7 days. Has close access to Walmart and target for shopping. The stove and microwave provides great access to cooking basic stuff while on the move
