Having the door leading to the hallway or using the door leading right to our parking lot. The bed was so comfortable we both slept like a baby! đ

Have stayed at this facility several times in the past. Like the facilities, rooms ae comfortable an clean. The location makes it convenient to get to some local family owned property.
Billing process! Had to spend time at desk trying to straighten out billing issues. I was billed three times at three differnt rates by two companies. Twice by the YO and once by Booking.com. I did not use my AMEX card for anything at the hotel except the cost of the room for two nights. I had to go to the desk three times talked with several employees, including manager and still no resolution. Total pending charges exceed $700.00. At first said it was a Booking .com problem, then admitted they had created the problem but could not correct quickly. I have but a hold on both YO charges. I will probably not use the service of any booking agency again because of this confusion, even though I believe the problem was created by the YO.
