It was a beautiful hotel and the rooms were nice and breakfast was the best!

Great location good for relaxation during off season but many shops were closed

Beautiful architecture. Great staff. Valets and reception were very responsive.

Hotel restaurant was closed and construction began in the lobby during what as apparently off season. Hotel management was flexible in accommodating. Pillows were lacking any support and foam pillows were too hard.

Lovely stay in Vail for fall color

The staff were very friendly and did an excellent job...from the valet parking attendants to the front desk to the restaurant. Can't say enough about how easy and pleasant we found them all. A full, hot breakfast was included and was excellent. Also, included in room fee were valet parking and a free shuttle service to Vail Village. Very much appreciated in a town where parking is at a premium and driving is impossible.

I was surprised that our room was not cleaned during our stay. Would have spoken to staff if we had stayed longer, but we were only there for 2 nights, so it wasn't really important. Just surprised.

Other than not getting the balcony, it was absolutely perfect.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The facilities were exceptional.

I had booked a room with a balcony on booking.com and we didn’t get a balcony. At the end of our stay, I was told we owed a $14 dollar gratuity fee for breakfast for each day of our stay. I explained I was not informed of this at the time of booking or check in. On the hotel website, breakfast is included. The front desk representative took the gratuity off right away. This said, we really loved our stay in the Arrabelle.

It’s pricey, but worth the splurge for a special occasion.

It’s a beautiful property, close to the lifts at Lionshead. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was ample, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The ski valet service was very convenient for the skiers in my family. The resort also doesn’t nickel and dime you. You pay a good amount, to be sure, but breakfast, parking, and shuttle service are included.

Getting hot water to the showers on a consistent basis was problematic.

There was only one guy doing the waffles and cooking and the wait was too long.

When I made the reservation, I assumed the location was in the main Arrabelle building but it was outside in a different building. This should have been disclosed at the time I made the reservation. Also, the steam shower was not functional and the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

Exceptional

It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The tavern which is connected to the hotel has great food and breakfast which was included with our stay. The spa was wonderful and so was the ice skating rink outside.

The hotel was wonderful. They made my family feel very comfortable after we did 't have a good experience by first booking one of the condos.

I first booked one of the condos. When we arrived we didn't notice but theheat was off. We spent the day skiing and when we arrived back at the condo we had no heat or hot water to take showers. We were up there to celebrate my son and his wife's anniversary but we had to cancel dinner reservations. They sent over a maintenance crew to try and fix but they couldn't. The hotel property manager was great. He came an helped us move everything to the main hotel. They put my family up in the penthouse which turned a bad situation into a wonderful one. Thank you to allwho helped us out.

Didn’t realize it was a full service hotel going in but loved it so much for price we went a second time. Hot tub and breakfast was our favorites but the rooms and location is also perfect in Vail.

Great resort licated nicely outside of downtown Vail in Lionshead

Hotel was clean, beakfast included, staff was friendly helpfull and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. They have a free shuttle that takes you anywhere in Vail and a number to call for a pickup. They had a sponsored brand of toiletries that was a nice touch. Will definitely go back for another stay.

Ice service was not optimal, having to call for a bucket. A small thing but towels were not quite as luxurious as the resort.
