Beds need softer and get thicker blankets. if stay in summer be ready to have to push hard to get door open because no air flow in halls

False advertising at its finest

⭐️ 0/5 —False advertising at its finest This place is NOT a hotel — it’s a sketchy motel pretending to be one. The bed was broken, lamps didn’t work, bathroom had no shower curtain, and there was no drain in the sink. The floors were bare concrete, furniture looked like it was picked up off the curb, and the door was duct taped shut. Oh, and the “decor”? Weird stains on the walls. We checked in, took one look around, and checked right back out. Now they’re ghosting us on our refund. Save yourself the trauma — even a tent in the parking lot would be an upgrade.

Okay for the price.

The hotel offered smoking and non-smoking rooms, which are hard to come by now.

The tiled floor in the room was very dirty and was no housekeeping service for the two days we stayed. We only had one set of towels so had to make that work for showering because got tired of going to the front desk to ask for things,(i.e. the remote for the television not working and no toilet paper in the room)

We didn't stay, there was no way I was going to have my daughter, granddaughter, & her friends stay.

The rooms were dungy with an odor that wasn't tolerable. I don't think the spreads have been washed in ages. I got there before everyone else. We had booked two rooms as this was a two-family stay. Once I realized how unpleasant the rooms were, I made reservations elsewhere and left the hotel for another location. I didn't ask for a refund. When I turned the keys back in and informed the front desk how bad the rooms were. She apologized for that but didn't offer a refund either. I was curious what would happen, and the charge wasn't removed.

Close to Cedar Point. Great value. Quirky and cozy, outdated building with friendly and helpful staff. Jolly Donuts restaurant attached to hotel. Seats were completely full when we went to go have breakfast! Wanted to try it but had to get on the road. Tiki style picnic tables and a skeleton fishing off building near the outdoor courtyard pool.

Doors did not have security locks and the exterior door to the building was just left wide open. There was no way to lock the door. Deadbolt mechanism and base to the security latch were literally removed. Tv remote did not work and you had to point at cable box, that was literally dangling from the wall on a cord. Had to prop it on a chair. (Glad we had a chair!!!

Where's the wolves?

We liked the motif, with the skeletons and such. Very nice.

Had an issue with the towels, there never seemed to be enough. Asked for more and was told they were in the washer. We never received them. The only other issue was that we were expecting the wolf comforter/blanket, or atleast more wolf decorations, like the photos. Bummer

Worst hotel stay EVER!

Everything! This was by far the most awful hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. I’ve never seen such disgusting/filthy conditions. I would’ve been more comfortable sleeping on the street sidewalk. I took it upon myself to drive home 8 hours overnight instead of stay my 2nd night. This place should be investigated and shut down immediately. I honestly don’t know how they are still open for business. Absolutely pitiful!

The room smelled. Feet were black from walking on the floor. Air Conditioner puddled. Bathtub was unacceptable. Had to ask for towels for a room that slept 4 only 2 towels were in the room.

Nasty motel

It's location.

The room was really tiny and small. The quilt had nasty stains all over. It couldn't even use it. How to go buy a blanket for the bed? The tub was disgusting and it had a weird smell to it. Was not happy that I spent that much money for 2 nights for something so yucky.

All the people that lived at motel and the weed smell everywhere even in our hallways. Rooms were dirty and smelt bad. Had to clean our rooms ourselves. We were there 5 nights and housekeeping don’t even come around if you need something you have to go to office to get it.

I sent an email to the hotel saying that I would need a handicap accessible room with a room attached to this room or a room right next door because I was traveling with 3 kids and my husband. When we got there, the guy remembered seeing the email that I sent. But, he didn't reserve the right rooms. He put us in a room with a king bed that wasn't handicap accessible and the other room was on the 2nd floor on another building. So, I asked him if he had anything else he could move us to, and he said not tonight, but I can move you in the morning. So, in the morning my husband went to ask about the room situation and when he got back and he said that we got a new room but the kids didn't. The room that he switched us to had 2 double beds. But, as far as handicap accessible, it was NOT. It had a tub that was absolutely disgusting. It didn't have any grab bars. So, i couldn't get a shower all week cuz i couldnt get into it. I had to get my husband to give me a sponge bath all week. And my daughter washed my hair in the sink. It had one of the tiniest toilets. Omg don't get me started on how much the beds were uncomfortable. The only thing good about the place was the cost and the pool. But, the pool was small for the size of the place.

Location was near our destination

This was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed I booked for 3 adults we had two towers a wash cloth and a hand towel. No soap and lots of bugs! The sink and tub was full of bugs there were roaches and the bed sheets were filthy. I dare say they had not been washed. I was told it was non smoking and it reeks of pot. I was told they were completely booked when we checked in and because I was with late group I complained at check out. Staff apologized but upon inspection of the room staff told me they would not stay in that hotel. But never Ofer a refund or ever a partial refund. This place should have been reported to the board of health it was that bad. I have photos of the filth and bugs. I camp regularly and do sleep with that many bugs while camping. I’d be glad to share my photos. I would never recommend this place and will never stay again! I am on the fence about reporting them! They need to be I just am a busy person and it’s an inconvenience. I will see what this review reveals first. Oh they told me they cannot refund my money because I prepaid and booked through Priceline a third person party. This was not even worth $50.00 a night and I paid $150.00 a night. Like I said the staff who inspected the room advised he would not sleep there. They’re own employees

The staff was friendly and the rooms were bigger than expected.

The sheets were stained and looked dirty. The bathroom was dirty and had trash in the corner. The door looked to be covered in dirt and the whole room had a strange odor. I genuinely tried to enjoy what I could but even the pillows were lumpy. I had to use a tarp from my trunk to cover the sheets on the bed. I barely slept at all.

Nice little hotel.

Hard to get out of the parking lot if you want to make a left turn. Considering that's the way you need to get to Cedar Point, our destination, makes it tricky. There was no trash can in the room itself. None of the plugs worked to charge phones. Everyone we tried to use the plug fell out of the outlet.
