Wonderful stay with great staff.

This hotel has basically everything, and more, that we are looking for in a stay. THANK YOU!!

We enjoyed the hot breakfast, the pool and hot tub. Also, enjoyed the unexpected premium channels on the TV and the WiFi. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Lastly, the cookies and nightly soup, in the lobby, were a bonus!

The only issue was with the cold milk pitcher at breakfast. It is designed so that a small portion of milk stays in the top of the pitcher and doesn't remain cold, thus when poured later, the milk has started to sour. I conveyed this to the breakfast attendant and she did go to the kitchen and get a fresh glass for me.

It was a great 3 day stay!

The staff was excellent at the front counter. Very courteous and friendly. There’s always bottles of water on the counter and snacks if you wanted one. Also, I noticed that they put up a soup every afternoon. I never tried it, but I thought what a nice gesture gesture. I also like that Applebee’s was in the same parking lot and that sure was convenient for dinners.

The toilet in the room was very low like for a child. Not comfortable at all especially since I’ve had spine surgery. Very difficult getting up and down. Clock in room never changed for daylight saving time.

OK, great location, but overpriced.

The location was great—it was close to the main highway and an Applebee’s restaurant.

The rooms were way overpriced for the size and furnishings of the room and hotel amenities.

Good option near Olympic National Park

Great location if you have a car. Close to many restaurants, Walmart and Costco if you need anything. Conveniently located off the the freeway. Staff is kind and gracious. Hotel and room were clean. Asked and got a quiet room when they were sold out. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

I have low expectations for this tier of hotels regarding the included breakfast, but the options were pretty poor. No true protein options like sausage or bacon. They did have scrambled eggs.. They were slow to refill the items they did have such as waffle batter and hash brown patties.And the refill wasn't enough as when it came out 1 rude family took ALL the hashbrowns. And the coffee was from an automatic dispenser which was THE weakest, most flavorless coffee we've ever had. It was literally water with a little something in it. We like to stretch our budget by eating and drinking what's available at a hotel when we travel but on the 2nd and 3rd day we went out for breakfast and did not regret it.

Nice place when you are in Olympic!

Very cute and close to the park! It is an older hotel so it has some vintage charm with the furnishings (my daughter loved) and room size. They are wonderfully staffed and offer lots of extras like soup in the evening and a fantastic breakfast. The beds are also very comfortable and the room impressively clean.

The room was a little small, but it goes with the age of the building.

The breakfast was not as I expected. Other equivalent competitor places we've stayed at had more variety of choices, like ham, sausage, or bacon. Better choices of cereal besides two kids type of cereals, The price of the rooms would be fine if the breakfast had more quality and variety of choices like your competitors.

Overall good feedback

Nice touches like hot soup or coupons for local eateries. Check in was easy. My special request to be near the elevator was honored. Clean clean which was great.

The bathroom walls are showing a lot of wear and tear. Water didn't come out of all the shower jets. I think the remote batteries were dead the last night we were there. An in room safe is really important. A bit more bar soap since we didn't have daily housekeeping. If they could drop off soap and just empty trash we would be fine. Pool was pretty cloudy vs clear and still very nice pool and hot tub.
