rooms were ok, pool was broke, rooms and hall had an odor, and staff wasn’t to friendly. not the worst, but for the price should of Beene at better.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was close to where we needed to be.

I was not able to check in early without paying for an extra day. After checking in, we found the t.v. in our room did not work. (I traveled with my 11 year old child) When we reported to the front desk, she came up but only told me that I would have to HOLD THE RECEIVER to watch t.v. and that was that. Um... excuse me? We were denied another room or any remedy to the situation. The swimming pool area was shut down... Thankfully, I brought had brought my laptop so was able to entertain my 11 year ADHD child with something until the battery died. Unfortunately, I had needed said laptop to get some work done and was unable to. My key card holder stated the breakfast was served from 6-9:30am. (hand written on there at check in) however the next morning, there was barely coffee and absolutely no breakfast of any kind. Cherry on the top, worse hotel stay I've had in a looong while.

Convenient location & friendly staff.

Door wasn’t tight on the frame so got looked out of room. Fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling.

The rooms are horrible, and staff is very rude.

EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE!!!

The door to room was broken, bathroom door was broken, rooms were filthy, they have bed bugs, AC didn’t work, and pool was broken. The girl at the front desk said we could get a refund if we check out that same day. We spoke to GM the next day, and she says we can’t get a refund. She was very rude, and she hung up on me. I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family to NEVER stay at this hotel.

Clean, good value, helpful staff no hot breakfast, but a great to-go bag

The room is very small. The booking said 3 beds, but there were only 2. The desk said the beds were queen but they were definitely double!

A good one night stay next to highway

The location is great for a one night stopover since it is right next to I-40. The room is spacious and the bed was comfy. The parking lot is well-lit on the lobby-side. The staff were friendly and organized our breakfast to-go bags in the morning which was very helpful.

Unfortunately people were or have been smoking in the non-smoking rooms and it smelled like smoke in the hallway and in our bathroom. By the time we noticed the smoke smell we felt it was too late to change rooms so we just kept the bathroom door closed.
