location was great, it was at the quiet end of the strip, but still within easy walking distance of everything. Breakfast was excellent. I think the server's name was Victor, he was so cheerful and friendly.
Sad to learn that the pool was closed, although it was an event from Mother Nature that no one could control. I do wish there had been a notification that it was closed-- but that probably is unrealistic.

The hotel has recently been renovated, very nice. I like the location on the strip, it close enough to walk to everything but not right in the middle of all the madness. The hot breakfast is a very good southern style breakfast. We are traveling for work and always stay the night in Gatlinburg before heading to Blacksburg, VA.
Had no complaints.

Location is awesome. The hotel was close to everything
Rooms and bathrooms are small. With construction there are not many parking spaces. The hotel needs garbage containers in the parking lot or at least inside the doors.

The size of the room and the convenience to the strip.
The older grey haired gentleman at the front desk was very rude and talked down to me. Thank God he went to lunch and the manager Tracy helped me check in. She tried to make it better.i
