Stupendous as always

Absolutely love the staff, especially our favorite check-in and checkout girl. This time we actually got to meet the manager and he knocks it out the park, very clean as always!!I love the personal touch of the free water, granola bar, crackers, and all the freebies that they give you,cause you never know you will forget something! The backside is very quiet which we loved! Breakfast is wonderful!!

Convenient with a good breakfast

We arrived to the area a day early and needed somewhere affordable for a one-night stay until we could check into our place. This hotel is conveniently located just off the interstate to take in Bass Pro, Bucees, the Smokey Mountain Knife Store, and other area shopping with no hassle. The breakfast was hot and good - eggs, sausage, waffles, and other quick items like bagels, muffins, yogurts, etc. The also had a nice fire pit area outside the hotel, but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it.

The bath tub didn't have a stopper nor did it hold water.

We had to be at Ft. Sander's Hospital by 6:30 am for a procedure & were only 30 mins away.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the bed was very comfortable. Also, we had searched around for a reasonably priced hotel and Quality Inn seemed to be the most reasonable. We didn't know what to expect, but were very pleased with our room. The location was good because it was close to I-40.

We had to leave before breakfast was serviced, but that was not Quality Inn's fault.

An overnight bargain with few downsides

The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the shower water hot enough. Breakfast was good enough. Coffee was fresh & hot. The breakfast area is clean & in good order with a usual selection to make a light breakfast. We are impressed with the outside decks with chairs to relax in and a fire pit. This is an older Quality Inn and there has been an updating of the property. It seems well maintained. The staff is friendly. The room is outstanding for the low rate charged. High value.

There is no elevator. The parking is ample though parts of the lot were a bit dark. We parked our vehicle as directly in front of our room as as a precaution. The motel is exposed to the very busy interstate so have your earplugs with you.

Comfortable bed, quiet location,close to Buccees and the Flea Market . Great outdoor seating area . Hotel accommodations were a surprise ,welcoming snacks and water . If you forgot any hygiene item . They were available sewing kit ,toothpaste and brush,razor, and shaving lather. Well done!

I liked all the little extra amenities they gave you, you don't get them at other hotels/motels. Very clean and updated nicely for an older hotel.

Very relaxing!

I stay here everytime I come home to visit family. Everyone is so nice. Michael is my favorite! The location is perfect to be away from all the traffic. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!!

I would stay at this motel again.

I liked the fact that I was on the first floor and that I was at the back of the building because it was extremely quiet. I never heard anyone else even though there were others staying there. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was clean. There are all the extras there if I wanted them such as iron, hair dryer, ample soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There were bottles of water and snacks in the room if I had wanted them.

It is a shame that they are forced to put a room deposit on because the local people have misused the hotels and motels in the area.
