This house that receives its name from the street where it is located (calle de El Sol) is built on one floor on a plot of 1000 m2 with a great garden where you can enjoy outdoor activities without danger for both children and pets (these are admitted without additional cost) since it is fully fenced. The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, it is very bright as there are windows in all rooms and a courtyard designed in order to provide more light through the windows facing the hallway. From the living room you have access to a 36 square meter porch where you have the option of making your meals on days where time permits; There is also a fireplace in the living room for heat, and that along with oil heating and good insulation make the stay in the apartment is very nice and cozy on the coldest days.(One serving of wood per stay will be provided) It has three bedrooms, one with two single beds, another with two bunk beds and a third with a bed of 1.60 and a bathroom. The two bathrooms have a shower and one of them has a double sink, the kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. They can also have a comfortable sofa bed in the living room of 1.40 which allows a maximum occupancy of 8 people
The house is located in the Moraira town of "Velayos", village of farming and cereal farming that is 22km from Avila and has all the services to meet your needs: medical center, pharmacy, restaurant, which may make several visits tourist attractions, as well as its magnificent 17th century church.
