Not a pleasant stay.

The room was clean.

Our hallway was filled with loud young people until 6:00 AM. IN THE HALLWAY much of the time. I was able to sleep through it, but our daughter in the next room was not. Where was security? Where were the people or persons manning the front desk. Also, there was no one there to handle our check out (receipt) after several attempts at ringing the bell. Poor management.

SHEETS HAD TO BE CHANGED BEFORE STAINED THEN REPLACED WITH DINGY ( USE BLEACH) SHEETS THAT I APPLIED COMFORTER VERY THING HAD TO ASK FOR BLANKETS COFFEE ONLY NO BREAKFAST BUT LOCATION NEAR A LOT

The worker was very nice and helpful

We paid for a room and it was extremely dirty. Soon as we walked in there was food crumbs on the desk between beds and our sheets and blankets were white and had dirt all over sheets and cover. It was not just stains it was black dirt like someone jumped on the sheets and bed and smeared dirt and someone just remade the bed... very gross. The sheets them selves had what looked to be yellow stains all over them with the dirt smeared on them as well. The cover sheet had black smear marks that you could tell it was dirt not stains. There was also not even a smidge of toilet paper in the bathroom the room looked as if it was used and someone went in there and just put the used sheets and cover back on the bed and said it was clean. The towels were just thrown up on the rack in the bathroom not even folded . We had a double queen bedroom and they only had 2 towels for us to shower with. I called down to the desk and complained.

Room was on 1st floor and entire first floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Heater did not function properly. The bathtub faucet was bent the bathroom was dirty.

See above, in addition could not access entry door from parking lot. Forced to go into main lobby.

If it was not for Tina, we wouldn't have stayed.

The manager Tina.

Very poor housekeeping. Beds were sloppy and dirty. The one had a clear foot print and ash on it. Headboard was not wiped off with numerous hand prints all over it. Dust and dog hair everywhere. Definitely not vacuumed. Trash cans had wrappers, dog hair and ash in them under the bags. The manager Tina was very apologetic and had the beds stripped and remade. I help with one bed as I felt bad for complaining. The halls smelled of pot REALLY bad.

If your on a budget stay here but be prepared for it not to be nice.

The location was great! The hotel was not up the par with what was shown online. The first thing you smelled was an overwhelming smell of smoke even after entering a non-smoking room. The room was dirty definitely needs a deep cleaning.

They layout of the room was great

At 9:50 a.m. A cleaning lady knocked on our door then came in. Check out is not until 11 a.m. ,and we had a 12pm checkout. Very rude and she did not check the notes, she also did not speak food English, which would explain this.
