It was dirty trash around tons of foot traffic all night made it hard to sleep

Location is great. Easy to get everywhere. By bus and by car.

Old, tired facility. À very dirty floor in bedroom, minimal blankets on the bed. Phone did not work at all. Huge crack in patio door of the room - they said ‘yes, we know’ and that was that. Being so overlooked by the rooms opposite was like being a prison. I literally had to have my curtains closed all day and night.

The room was just bad, holes in the sheets, stains on the walls, just very unclean, we weren't even able to stay in this space and had to get another hotel. Currently still waiting on management for refund.

Good value, conveniently located, basic but homey.

I loved the location, being surrounded by conveniences that could be walked to. Easy access to my car. The room was fairly spacious and had a balcony. The best thing was the remodeled bathtub and plentiful hot water! Good heat.

A little run down. Cigarette burns in the bedspreads! Cracked toilet seat cover. I had to ask for a second room because the floor of the first was completely sticky. The second room had a much better view anyway.

Cheap motels but not cheap enough are never in a good area it seems like in Reno

The location was nice but I'm not a fan of the creepy people around there and I'd rather be in a Nevada state park.

I had two rooms for our family. Manager gave us adjoining rooms. So we could interact together and still go back to room .

The location is perfect for the airport and it was cheap.

The property in general is very tired. Although our room was clean enough, most of the cleaning was half-hearted. The shower tile, in particular, could use a good scrub.

I stayed at this property for 28days and the room never got cleaned once. The wifi did not work and the TV's picture could barely be seen. The balcony that you were not allowed to smoke on was covered with spider website. The heat did not work and the property only gave a thin small blanket. Avoid this property at all costs if possible. Over priced and under delivers

This place is run down and poorly staffed; room was clean but everything else was very subpar.

We arrived at 330, for a 3pm check in, waited 30 mins for a staff member to check is in. The property advertised wifi, air conditioning, a pool and a breakfast. The air conditioner didn't work, the staff was well aware of this and did not change the room. The pool was closed - it was 90 degrees out. The breakfast was only coffee, no food.

Location was close to Casinos and night life without being so close the “night life” disturbed our rest.

Obviously an older facility that they are renovating. No construction noise, just looks like they are updating paint etc .

Our first room had water coming from the ceiling was switched to a different room right away but the AC in the other room was not working properly when we told the front desk she said well.one of them.works we left it that because by that time my little boy was tired

No breakfast as far as i know. property is dated but clean, seemed like a lot of money for what was represented.

curtains had holes / tears in them, mirror was broken, should be some type of threshold under the door so that the sound of other guess voices were not heard as clear as you could hear them. overall was good i would probably stay there again though. Looks like a lot of updating has been made.

horrible a/c was 30 plus yrs old very hot noisy lights from outside hotel shined thru glass sliding door no blankets we left after first night staff in front office nasty people didnt offer any cold water during our check in for 2and half hrs

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. I liked the location, ihop right across the street.

Room wasn't fully clean, towels weren't folded neatly which made them seem used, nightstand was sticky from a drink spill. Floor wasn't swept enough.

The whole atmosphere was scary. Druggies in the parking lot, People banging in the halls untl after 4 a.m Mattress was horrible and puit my back out. Bedding was very dated and didnt feel clean. When you have permenant residence at a hotel its a big sign to run. Unfortunately I booked on line before seeing it

My favorite part about my booking with Econo Lodge was after seeing the room when I went back to the staff desk and got my money back because I wasn't staying a single night there

Absolutely everything about the place was horrible and. They're online pictures did not match the location. The only thing updated from 1974 was the linoleum planking, hookers, and disease.

Worst stay of my life!!! Would not recommend if you oversleep a little they will not give you consideration!!

WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!! The man at the counter was very confrontational and disrespectful!! When it was time to check out at 11:30, the man came to my room and yelled out it was time to check out and I said ok i will take a quick shower. At 12PM, he came back and yelled out he was taking my deposit. I was already done just gathering the rest of my belongings. I went to the main counter at 12:05PM to address the issue and he was yelling in my face saying that 11:00Am was checkout. He was pointing his finger in my face and did not give me any respect. I told him I was out gambling until 4AM and I’m only 1 hour after checkout. He started yelling more and went from around the counter until he was standing by me side to side. He also followed me all the way to the parking lot intimidating me. I HAVE A VIDEO THAT I WILL BE POSTING ON ALL PLAYFORMS YELP, google reviews

Close to my work.

I don’t feel safe . My room was adjacent to the other room. The lock was not working well. I have to put a chair in front of the door . The air conditioning was not working well It took an hour before the room gets cold.

Holes in curtain, graffiti in drawer and loud noises upstairs

There were beautiful roses in the courtyard. The TV and cable were nice. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable

The curtains had holes in the (small and looked like cigarette burns), there was gang graffiti marked in the drawer next to the bed. Room 520-y’all should paint over that. The people in the room above us were loud, sounding like they were pacing and moving furniture late night. We called the front desk—it stopped for a bit and then started up again at 1am. We had to call the front desk once again. Made us feel unsafe. Needs improvement big time!

A very unsafe and unclean room

It is in a good location

I’ve stayed at the Econolodge for several years. Unfortunately, the last few years the hotel has been very rundown. But this time the issues border line on being unsafe. The upstairs room we had was equipped with a sliding glass door and a deck. The deck was in such poor shape. There were actually holes in it, and it would be unsafe to walk on. The bathroom and the area near the sink looks like it had been not cleaned. The room was in very poor condition. My son and I decided not to stay the second night. This is a hotel that should not be recommended by your service. I’m going to request a full refund for my stay
