    Dirty room dirty linens half the lights didn’t work. Shower water was warm but that’s almost a stretch calling it that. Other room had bed bugs. Not a good stay.

    Great breakfast.Unique lay-out. One thing were still waiting on 2 $100.00 deposits-which the room was clean & staff said its been apply to our account which one stay was two weejs ago and the other last week.Disappointed that its not been applyed to our acct. Always pay cash-the deposit.For future guests.

    I checked in for a one-night stay on May 31st. Everything seemed to go smoothly, and I went to my 9th-floor room. Nice big facility, a decent albeit small deep pool. The vending machine in the lobby took my $5. I reported it to the desk and received a curt "File a complaint." I thought I was. I let it go; the coffee maker in my room was broken. No big deal, it is offered 24/7 in the lobby- just an annoyance. The part that drives my rating down is that yesterday morning, Comfort Inn & Suites Omaha Central attempted to charge my card again! My bank sent me a fraud alert notice asking if at 4:19 AM on June 4th that had been ME!? It was denied. I called the front desk this morning, June 5th. After giving them all the details for my stay, the attendant said, "Oh, you stayed for additional days. 4 I think. That's why we ran your card." No. I did not. She took my number, said she would discuss this with the manager, and get right back to me. I still haven't heard. When I called to follow up, I was hung up on...apparently. Only $69. But one of those principal things, for me. And they are still holding my deposit, something I don't expect to be returned.
