The facility is in need of maintenance. Paint is peeling and falling off ceiling in large chunks

They were able to give us 2 rooms downstairs being my almost 90 yr old grandmother couldn't make it up the stairs. But even though I asked to be next door to her and our kids we were 6 rooms apart.
Room was not clean. Their was vomit dried up all in the sink. A/C didn't work. And who only puts 3 pillows on a king size bed? I wasn't told anything about a $20 per room deposit until I got there to check in. Area is kinda sketch.
