It was very clean.

They charged my card 3 times. The front desk did not act like he knew what he was doing. They did not have a notice on any site that they were remodeling. There was only grab and go breakfast. Nothing hot like it showes.

Great view, but the area needs some tidying up

The surrounding businesses and the large dumpster near the motel aren’t very pleasant to look at. I was planning to take a short stroll after breakfast but decided against it. Otherwise, the view from the hilltop is spectacular.

That my room was ready upon arrival

The toilet wasn't connected. If you get up wrong, the toilet would fall over. The TV didn't work to begin with, and after calling the front desk, I was able to figure it out. After traveling 700 miles, why did I have to do someone else's job? But I had to do the work. The hotel was undergoing renovation, but this room hadn't been touched yet, and everything should've been working correctly. We went to dinner, and I reported the issue to the front desk, but the toilet was still loose when we returned. As well as the elevator didn't work, and we were on the 3rd floor.

we have stayed at this location in the past - location was our primary reason for the stay here. The breakfast has improved since our last stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful

The room was clean, spacious and cozy.

The driveway needed some attention but driving around the pothole was fine. The breakfast could have used more attention also. There was hardly any waffle mix in the dispenser and the coffee was only pouring light colored water. The rest of the stay was really nice.

The staff was amazing! The maid was exceptional and very helpful and friendly! The front desk staff was also very friendly and did an awesome job! The rooms were great and the breakfast was phenomenal. The price was good also, and it was very simple to make reservations online!

I didn’t like the employees smoking right outside the door. I understand that the front desk needs to have someone watching but if they hire smokers they should have someone take watch and go somewhere that guests don’t have to walk into a cloud of cigarette smoke. The hotel itself could use a remodel. it’s very dated
