Great location and great price

Surprisingly clean room and bathroom.
Sterile. Old school. No insulation from Parking Lot shenanigans.

The location is exceptionally great. The room is also very comfortable with great AC, a cold mini fridge, and good water pressure.
The bed was stained and the room had a cigarette smell due to it being right next to the smokers area even thought it was a non-smokers room.

Fair prices and when I requested my 2 rooms they were able to get them next door to each other.
My door would not latch closed properly. No matter how hard I pulled on the door it wouldn't latch and the top mechanism to latch it shut was broken off as well. The only way to keep the door properly closed was to switch the bolt latch closed.
