The front desk ladies went beyond for us, very helpful. When our lock to our door needed fixing, it was fixed right away without a problem. Thank you !
When our Tv went out. We told them in the morning, and the front desk lady was very sorry that it had happened.

It was just toast, cereal and muffins so nothing great but nice to have quick bite in the morning

The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the location was convenient.
I know that fans are necessary in the bathroom, but THIS fan was comparable to a jet engine. Awful! The lighting in the room was not the best - two low watage lamps. The room was very outdated, scratched table top for instance and the drapes wouldn't close complete for privacy.
