The location was convenient. Nearby within walking distance, the restaurant at the Yellowstone River Inn had great service & their pie was good.
Long wait at check-in. Multiple guests with issues as well as new guests arriving. The front desk person was so overwhelmed because her computer was slow and she had to do everything (check-ins, maintenance questions & repair runs, take, heat & serve to go pizza orders, fix broken keycards, etc..). The first room I was given had not yet been cleaned/turned over, so I had to be assigned a new room. Myself & other guests had key cards that demagnetized. Another guest had issues with TV cable not working. The hotel is whoefully understaffed & in need of a renovation & replacement of electronic door locks. Give that front desk lady a raise & hire some more staff!!!

The breakfast was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The room was clean and spacious.
We had a room with a sofa bed and there was no bedding for it. We called the front desk asking for blankets and pillows. The person working said they couldn’t give us anything but one blanket. I had to go to the truck stop and buy pillows and a blanket.
