Comfort Inn & Suites Chesterfield - St Louis

I really liked the area, easy access to the highway

They left me off the list for housekeeping. Had to wait in the lobby till they were done. I stayed 7 nights, why was I left off this list?

Room was clean and taken care of each day. Breakfast room was spacious and the food was very good

Shower in bathroom had no exhaust fan so after showers were taken, everything in the room felt sticky and damp (like clothes and bedding)

Very clean and smelled good. We had to leave a very gross hotel and found this one last minute hoping for a clean nights stay, and they overly met our expectations. When we got there the room we booked was no longer available so instead of turning us away, they upgraded our room to a king suite. I was in town for an IVF retrieval, had drove 7.5 hours to get to this area and I truly needed good rest. The bed was comfortable, the room didn’t smell like old cigarettes and weed, very clean. Thank you for your great accommodations.

Only thing was there was old food in the fridge from someone else’s stay, but it wasn’t a detouring factor for us.

This is the 2nd time staying here in a month and got the same room as last time 226, they need to fix thst door and some other things in the room. Black mold on A/C unit, towel hook in bathroom still falling off. Need better breakfast cause the biscuits and gravy (biscuits are still not cook all the way and doughy). Its under dog friendly hotel and they aren't and when I got there had to spend an extra $180 for my dogs, had i known thst I would have stayed at another place that wouldn't have charged me for my dogs.
