It was clean and comfortable and staff helpful to change our room. Great location.
The walls and floor were so thin we could hear too much. Our room was above the continental breakfast eating area and could hear every chair being slid on the floor. Plus kids running past our room yelling. Could hear talking from the lobby and pool area. The rooms in this part of the hotel need some soundproofing. When moved to new room, kids were running past rooms knocking on our door. Plus other doors. Not really the hotel fault but poor parenting. Still annoying.

Beautiful view of the lake. They made sure we got a room we could walk to with limited walking ability. The breakfast buffet was delicious and so many choices for food. Oh and my Mom loved the Nepresso coffee machine in our room.

Good location, nice decorations for holidays
Very noisy, the kitchen/breakfaat area was directly below our room and we were continually woken up by chairs loudly scraping across the floor from 7:00 am on :(
