    My stay at The Suites Hotel was great. Starting with my interaction with the friendly and knowledgable hotel receptionists to the room itself. Enjoyed my stay would love to come back.

    Suite was clean, bed was comfy. Staff was helpful. Only stayed the night & did not spend much time there. Reakfast was decent. My only problem was check in at 4:00pm. Seems very late! We were there at 11:00 for something that started at noon & went untill 10:30. They did give me a parking pass early.

    The hotel is located in the sweet spot of Canal Park and close to everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; just ensure your room has windows to avoid the cave feeling. Our room was not cleaned well. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, the trash cans hadn't been emptied and one of the dresser drawers was broken and was stuck open. We called before arriving to confirm our reservation and were placed on hold for 40 minutes before giving up and hanging up the phone. The front desk was staffed by one person who had to take phone calls at the same time as waiting on guests at the counter. The line was long most times that we passed by the front desk. Our card keys quit working after the first night and we had to wait in the line to get them reprogrammed. Finally, the breakfast has deteriorated compared to past years. Many items were gone for late risers. Overall, the rates were favorable compared to other properties in Canal Park; just don't expect a premium experience.
