We always enjoy the location and convience to everything in OC.
It was extremely crowded, with a great deal of renovation projects that negatively impacted customers visits. The internet was terrible and the cable TV was unwatchable. Two very valuable requirements of any hotel or resort. Without asking for room service it wasn't available. I would expect more from a minimum perspective and just was very disappointed when compared to our previous three visits.

The property was gorgeous! I love the resort we just had an issue with a few things that we were compensated for. The hotel had an issue with hot water for our entire stay. Also the rooms were not as clean as they should be it was hair in the bathrooms over the counter and floor. The rooms could use better lighting but outside of that everything else was amazing. The restaurants are 10/10 and the beach service was perfect.
