Green Sea Suite at High Point North

There is a bus stop right out front! Beach access right out back! And the Condo was very homey. The Host was supper helpful and gave us some recommendations on food and things to do! (Our festival was canceled, rip Oceans calling 2026), The only photo we took was all of us cozied up in the living room! And right out back on the beach!

Everything was good! Only thing missing was paper towels haha but that was an easy fix.

Our stay at Green Sea Suite was beyond wonderful. Although the apartment is on the smaller side, it was perfect for a family of 4. The unit was exceptionally clean, cozy and everything was provided for. It included linens, towels and the overall vibe was wonderful and very welcoming and family-oriented. I worried about not having a balcony, but it was a non-issue. Our unit overlooked the parking lot/road, but being on the mezzanine floor, provided easy and a short walk to the deck, pool and beach. Our host, Sam, was absolutely awesome, very attentive, diligent and highly responsive. My daughter goes off to college in a week and she found it a perfect stay; being together as a family in the same space. I give credit for the use of the bedroom space, converting it into a two-bed space separated by a sturdy and tastefully structured partition which proved very cozy and comfortable. An absolute incredible and memorable stay. The host has everything possible in the apartment, even beach chairs and sofa bed linens. You literally just need to bring your personal items. The kitchenette is clean and all utensils and dishes are available. We even arrived to a welcome fruit bowl, which was very sweet and surprising. Our stay was truly relaxing and enjoyable and we appreciated that we could just stay in and enjoy the World Cup matches in the comforts of the living room. Location is awesome: beach, pool, stores, restaurants, groceries and a bunch of activities to enjoy!

It is really hard to say, as everything was absolutely perfect. My only regret is that I wished our stay was longer. It felt like home, away from home!

The location, the set up of the property, the amenities and hospitality from the host.

Nothing everything was great

Convenient to beach.

I thought it had a balcony. Windows faced parking lot.
