It had a terrible smell in my hallway and the A/C wouldn’t get cold enough unless I put it on 60 degrees

Staff was nice and accommodating.
The room smelled musty and kinda stayed damp. Probably because the humidity was high and not controlled very well.
The elevator wouldn’t operate on the second floor going down so we took the stairs. But I think it was fixed the next day
