The outside of the building look very clean, very nice and location was decent to get anywhere pretty much in saint louis
The listing shows that there is guest laundry and there is not.It was out of service
Listing shows that it has an elevatorThe elevator was out both days.I was there, and I was put on the third floor when I came to saint louis.For medical reasons, it was very difficult to get up and down the stairs.It made me restrict what I did for the time.I was there greatly
I said there was a breakfast, but there was absolutely nothing.For breakfast, not even a danish or coffee...
shows be large to be in the room on the wall.But all there was was was a very small one set on top of the dresser that didnt even work...
The first room I was put inThe refrigerator didn't work in the toilet.Did not flush so I was put in the room next door which is where all the other issues were
It was quiet sheets were clean, but the essentials were not there as dictated...
