It was clean and beds were nice. Staff was very friendly.
There are some shady looking hotels all around but we did not have any issues.

Everything was fine except I marked the location as bad, but it wasn't the hotel's fault.
This hotel is located near the train tracks where there is a lot of activity and blowing of train whistles all through the night. We were awakened often. That was very disappointing and the loss of sleep made driving that much more difficult the next day as we traveled on to Florida.
