I have booked this Hotel with Agoda twice now paying extra for the "King Suite" the description of the room states "bathtub" as one of the first on the list of things you get in the room. It also shows a big Jacuzzi tub in the corner of the room in the pictures of the "King Suite" and I booked this "suite" at this specific hotel specifically for that tub but I get to the hotel, check in, walk into my room, flip the lights on n as it was a pretty room, had the little couch just like the picture but no tub, walk in to the bathroom to see only a large shower so there is no bath tub at all in my room . I was disappointed but just let it go room was still nice, beds were comfy n I was exhausted so I just showered n crashed. Well a few weeks later I decided to try for the tub again.. I Book the "King Suite" before I go to check in I went to bath n body works bought myself some bath bombs and other new bath stuff n all then I go check in .. I get put in the very first room right there by the front desk/front door ,breakfast and sitting area and again, NO BATH/JACUZZI TUB AT ALL this time the room is much smaller also n now I'm not disappointed I'm UPSET so I get on my Agoda app and talk to customer service complain about the situating the costomer service rep was very nice and helpful asked me to hold on a few while he called the hotel to get it resolved for me a little bit later he comes back n tells me the hotel isn't going to do anything about it but he games me 24$ back of what I paid for my booking witch is better than nothing I guess... But I had to listen to all the noise from being so close to the front desk and got woke up early as 5 am from noisy people getting breakfast in the mornings I'm very unhappy and probably will never book this hotel again

Our stay was fantastic - a clean room and friendly staff. The location was convenient, except for the breakfast wherein Vegetarians like us had only Bread and cornflakes to eat.

The hotel is completely non-smoking. We are also against smoking. When we entered the room, we were hit by a bad smell. Something between smoked, stale and old. The plaster was missing from the ceiling above the bed and it was puffy. The air conditioner was noisy. We asked to change the room, the receptionist came and assured us that this was the normal smell. I do not recommend!
