My room was clean beds were very comfortable staff very friendly and helpful hot tub was exactly what we needed Breakfast was not the best but it was edible.

I had to get a hotel unexpectedly and I've always liked Comfort Inn. I checked in around 3am in the morning and when I got to my room it was 48 degrees in it. I turned the heat on and even tried running hot water to have the steam help warm it up. I finally gave up and changed rooms, only to have that rooms temperature be 52 degrees. So I went back to my original room which was now a whopping 58 degrees and covered up while I waited for the other room to heat up. I went ahead and booked another night because I knew there was no way I was going to get enough sleep to be safe to drive. I ended up falling asleep, it was about 530am at this point. I was woken up by the hotel manager yelling at me that it was *** and I needed to get out. She accused me of smoking in the room which I didn't. She just saw my cigarettes and a partially smoked one on the bedside table because it was too cold outside to smoke a whole. She threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't get out in 10 mins. She did not even want to hear why I slept in or anything from me. She is the last person who should be working in customer service. I forgot to mention the bathtub was dirty with a ring around it and hair in the bottom of the tub.
