Quality Inn & Suites South San Jose - Morgan Hill

It was pretty laid back for the price. By no means is it a 5 star place. Or even a 4 star place! However, the pool and the jacuzzi were definitely awesome! The lights and the waterfall were romantic.

There was no continental breakfast which was a huge bummer. I think a breakfast would definitely give this place a higher score!

The staff had no idea I was there I was renting this. They were pounding on the door and threatening to kick me out, they did not handle the situation well. I had to involve booking.com to make an official complaint

The bedspread was dirty and the bathroom door was broken. There were no tissues or toilet paper.

Breakfast was a joke, not much offered, cereal dispenser did not dispense, sink stopper did not stop, bathtub needed cleaner, marks on wall.

This hotel was disgusting! The room and hotel was dirty our room had fleas. We only ended up staying for two hours due to bug bites. We checked out and expect a full credit. If I could rate this hotel a zero I would.

I did not stay at the location. There was stains all over the bed, the curtains were torn and there was rodent poop. We asked for a refund but was declined.

Everything Staying there is so unsanitary I feel it’s been causing me to have extreme migraines Barley knocked on the door js to open it and try to unlatch it for a fire expection no privacy Nobody ever at the front desk Old stale foods at the breakfast Roach traps underneath all furniture 2 Spider in our bathroom as well If I didn’t already say as well stains on EVERYTHING! Cleanliness. Trash and papers found in the hallways. I brought my dad for the weekend, but there is no way I would be able to bring my wife here no chance, not in a million years.

It was across the street from the Sports complex.

The entire hotel smelled like mold and cigarettes. There were spiderwebs in the corners of the hotel rooms. The rooms were not clean. There was trash around the beds. The floors needed to be vacuumed and they also need to shampoo the carpets. The tiles and walls had stains on them. The rooms were not stocked with tissues or soap and shampoo. Their curtain was falling off the wall. There were cockroaches in the rooms downstairs. The shower was not cleaned. I had to ask for a vacuum and web cleaner upon arrival. I went to target to get room spray and cleaning materials for the bathroom. A refund or discount was not offered. The staff was unfazed about the state of the rooms. They know what they are providing. It’s one of those facilities where people live out of. The key cards did not work. I had to constantly ask for access to the rooms. The windows downstairs are not locked and can be opened from the outside. If you must stay here, ask for a room upstairs. It was a terrible experience and I was beyond glad once the reservation ended. The nightly stay is cost efficient, but it was not worth the savings. I was offered another room, but when I opened the door, there was three cockroaches making a journey across the walls.

There was no options for breakfast just waflles and no coffe was available.the location was ok

The hotel was filthy.no staff was available.i called multiple times for clean towels and they were never delivered.we had 2 toweles for the 2days that we stayed for a family of 5 .no one was to be found at front desk.the tv had poor connection no channels were available and the ones that could be seen were gliching the whole time. The carpet was horrible the windows were super stained and dirty. When i booked the room discription was king suite with pull out sofa, very disapointed ..never again!

Nothing this place was nasty and infested with roaches. Was in for 1 minute and immediately went to front desk and asked to cancel. This place was horrible and the front desk gentleman was no help and rude.

We found roaches in our room , the floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a while. There were pieces of sheet rock missing on the walls.

First impression it was dirty it smelled didn’t feel safe. Balcony door did not latch and I couldn’t keep it open for ventilation because the spring door was ripped and I have a one-year-old who I was scared would go through the spring door and out the balcony. Carpet was dirty. There was a dirty sock that did not belong to us in the room. Shower was disgusting. There was hardly any supply’s in the bathroom. The fridge was dirty. A lot of things were broken.

This place is an undercover Gem! Sure not every place is perfect so what! Neel is an AWESOME Host!!! Thank you Bud for the outstanding introduction and appreciation of your customers. The Price is Fantastic and they even have breakfast in the morning!!! I do stay at different hotels from time to time. This one is my new spot!!! So many places to eat!! What a relaxing time and Thank you Neel!!! You ROCK!!! 👊🏽😎

At the beginning the front desk guy was like if he woke up from a nightmare, his zipper down and just weird. Then I went to the room the door didn’t open with the card, went back to reception got a different card and different room. Then the room was smelly, the carpet dirty, door dirty and broken actually looked like moldy in the bottom. Later I went to eat something for dinner and the door from the building didn’t open then went around to another door and it was open got in and the card didn’t read went back to reception and got it reset omg it was awful…..

The first room smelled like urine and so did one of the beds, come to find out it definitely had urine. They don't clean their room and from the looks of it don't wash their towels or sheets.So I asked to be moved to another room. The second room the tub smelled so pewtrid and awful, and the walls are are coming apart and are dirty as well as the cabinet where the fridge and microwave are located. And the curtains are dirty and torn up. And THERES ROACHES!!

I was traveling with my dog and prior to booking the room,I asked if it was dog friendly. I was told yes, but when I went to check in, I was denied due to my dog. I asked to cancel the reservation and was told I would be charged for 1 night stay. SERIOUSLY!? No bueno :(

Exterior access doors were faulty, blocked open rugs. Room keys were undependable. No stopper in vanity sink. safety latch on room door was broken. no operable wi-fi.
