The rudest most unhelpful staff I’ve ever experienced in a hotel

They refuse to give me paperwork to acknowledge the transactions refused to give me proper checkout paperwork. They had no room service they had no breakfast they had no TV Internet barely worked and they were the rudest staff. The lady screamed at me. I’ve got it on recording it’s beyond ridiculous Cockroaches in I can’t even go on

The ac, poor quality, broken, broken that hardly work, the tv, really nice tv, just didn’t work, poor quality tv service, nice receptionist explaining how to make it work

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was, to put it mildly, absolutely atrocious and falls far below the standards one would expect from any accommodation, let alone your reputed establishment. We booked a room at your hotel for two days but, to our shock and dismay, we found ourselves unable to stay in the room for even a few hours. The moment we checked in and entered the room, it was clear that the place was simply uninhabitable. The room was terribly dirty, and there was an unbearable stench that filled the air. To our horror, we found what seemed to be vomit on the floor and the sight was absolutely sickening. To further compound our disgust, we found hair and numerous dirty stains on the bed linen. It was as if the room had not been cleaned for a very long time. Such a situation is not just highly unpleasant, it is also a serious breach of basic health and hygiene standards. To escape from this horrific experience, we had to immediately book another hotel at an additional cost to us. Given the dire conditions we encountered, we were not able to make use of the room we had booked and paid for. Therefore, I demand a full refund for our booking. I believe this is the least you can do under the circumstances, and I hope this issue will be resolved promptly.

Dirty room, dead ants on the floor, in the shower and a couple of roaches. The motel gave away my reserved room. My booking included continental breakfast, there was stale bread for toast, cereal and milk was available. Manager was going to give me another room gave me a key to go look at it opened it up and it was dirty and not cleaned I declined. Stayed in the room they gave me initially because I had no choice I needed to be in Morgan Hill.

I liked the hottub bath

Breakfast was horrible. Housekeeping was questionable

Let me start off with the positive your place of business is nice and attractive the office staff is on point the manager is funny and pleasant just watch him he's tricky but in a good way and makes me laugh .... but he will surprise you with the money .. lol ...but the room cleaning needs improvement, clean the bathtub hot tub better and toilet understand that there are many types of bacteria that can be harmful if you value your guests and want the better bus. then the room should be cleaned up to code ask yourself would u eat off that or lay your newborn baby there .if you wouldn't then why would you accept the way of cleaning? once I reclean the bathroom Im ok and check my bed.. no bugs or anything just lacking TLC OF CLEANYNESS .. BUT THE room size is great the set up is present I enjoy staying there that's why I rather redo the bathroom cause I like it there

Could of been cleaner

My coffee make was dirty, had coffee filter from last person who used it. The fridge was dirty, still had food from last person who has room. The bed frame was broken. There was people yelling through out the night. Horrible experience. The front desk guy was rude.

it was ok - clean room but it is dark.

free breakfast ends at 9 am… come on!? at least it should be 10 am!! the room was clean but the curtain can’t be pulled to open.

Arrived at 2:11. Was told check in is at 3:00 no earlier. Room smelled like disinfectant. Room looked dirty. Old carpet, writing on the paintings, couch was stained, very cheap towels.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice

Trash all over the outside of the buildings, staff hanging laundry on the bushes outside the building, bleach stains all over the carpet in the room, the couch looked like it needed to be replace and the cushions did not match the couch, burn marks on the counter tops, and bath tub, no trash can in the room, no extra toilet paper or Kleenex. No bath mat to put in front of the shower, and no cover over exhaust fan in restroom.

I have stayed here before and it was fine I go here to relax in the jetted spa tub I love it so relaxing.

This stay was a horrible stay it was ghetto people running up and down yelling kids knocking on my door people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and playing loud music until like 1am it was a horrible stay we felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave because it was so loud and disturbing horrible stay wen I called the office the man just said I will go see and did nothing about all the people drinking playing loud music it was horrible.

It did have jacuzzi tubs that worked. That's about it

.People by the stairs butchering live chickens. Called front desk. Was told they couldn't do anything about it. We didn't get a refund or any offer to help us out. Completely disastrous !!!!

Convenient location; good price; pet friendly.

Room not completely clean (a little dog hair on sheets; no pillow cases on pillows; bathroom mirror dirty); batteries in TV remote were dead. Appeared that people might be living there in the backside of the property.

Nothing really the rooms were large with high ceiling

So to start the room looked like it had never had any surface wiped down after the last guests. Even the the spa tubb had the last guests hair and dirt still in it the walls of the room look lime spit and splashed puke had never been wiped. The counter top in the bathroom had a huge chunk broken out of it making it dangerous for my child. Along with the power going out for about 3 hours and the owner saying it was only 30 minutes. No thanks I would like a refund. Never again.
