We’re Wyndham Rewards VIP members and we expected more.

The breakfast was OK.

The elevator was out of order, so I had to pay an additional fee to be accommodated on the first floor. There was no coffee maker. No tissues. No ice bucket.

For the dollar amount, it was OK, but I would never stay here again felt unsafe and kind of felt dirty and the elevator

I really didn’t like the location

Felt the location was not in the greatest area. The elevator was not working at the time so had to go up three flights of stairs.

We were charged twice for the deposit in amount of $100 total. Still didn’t receive the $50.00. All the time we had the same issue with the over charged amount for the deposit. We looking forward to get the refund of $50.

Very rude staff, cancelled my reservation with no warning, elevator not working and no microwave. Bugs in the room. Screen broken. Old hvac

Staff was good. Breakfast was fair. Location was convenient.

The handicapped room with thrift store furniture. There was 2 hairs in the shower that didn't belong to me The refrigerator was good but missing brackets in the door to hold beverages. I stayed for 4 days but they didn't want to extent my check out for 30 minutes without charging me $20 bucks.

Econlidge in disguise

I like that they offered breakfast.

The rooms didn't match the pictures. When I arrived, they said they didn't have the room I booked which was a suite, and said they upgraded me, but it looked like a down grade. I didn't even have a place to sit and relax in the room. They promised to bring a microwave several times, but that never happened either. The slippery tub is a death trap, be careful, I slipped in it everytime.

They charged extra fees despite the booking being for 3 people. They also told me the owner raised check in early fee the day of Escape to $50 versus $25 because the owner knew it was booked for a festival

No running water in shower

When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk, was polite and efficient. He even went up to open our room door, since the 'key' didn't work.

When we went to try to shower in the morning, there was no water coming out of the shower head. I called front desk, the person was quite rude, he sounded bothered. Not the same from the night before. He did say he would have someone from housekeeping to go, but we needed to be somewhere and just left without showering 😕

My room was paid for 4days on my 3 day they tell me I didn’t pay but it definitely took the money upon check in the girl in the front accidentally reversed the charge some way and they retired to take it back 3 times and overdrew my back account then kicked me out!!!

I liked the location, I loved the staff they were very friendly except for the young lady she had a bit of an attitude and was on her cellphone the entire time checking us in.

In our room there wasn’t a microwave or a coffee maker, I could’ve swore they did before when I would come to this location. I also didn’t like that there wasn’t security because we had an issue with someone ruining our property (tires) because a vehicle parked on the other side of me was crooked, so I tried to park best as possible. I suggest parking in the front where staff is near in case anything happens because although cameras are available they don’t always help.

It was not as bad as other Wyndham

Front desk were not friendly had me waiting for over 5 minutes to come and check me in. The next day for breakfast front desk didn’t even greet us nor made eye contact. A couple of homeless came in to grab coffee and food

The first thing i noticed was that the entire hotel, including our room, was humid + stuffy + smelly. It just had a musty smell or an excess of moisture? Even though everything looked clean, it didn't feel clean with that smell. Plus, we left for dinner and came back in through the lobby at around 9:30pm and it smelled strongly of weed which was weird. we got a room with a window facing the road (which is a busy road) and the street noise was a little bit of an issue. Room wasn't super soundproof. if you are sensitive to sounds (like I am) request a room not facing the street.

Room had terrible Marijuana smell. When we asked for a new room, we were denied and staff sprayed deodorizer instead. Then we had a chemical smell added to the Marijuana. It was too late in the night to go elsewhere.

Overall, it was nice for anyone's basic needs.

The room and the accommodations were very nice, the room keys worked 95% of the time, the staff was friendly and willing to help, and the continental breakfast definitely exceeded my expectations.

The room key didn't work when I tried to get back in the building after hours. I was lucky to have a staff member right there to let me in. Also, the shower in my room needs work. When it comes to the water, no matter where I set it, it would turn from too hot to too cold. It wouldn't stay at a locked in temperature.

The only problem was that the site didn't state that the elevator was out of order.

The customer service was good and the receptionist diligently did her job. Which was satisfying overall. Despite the elevator being out of order and the only room available was on the third floor, so I had to carry everything up

I would not stay there again!!!

We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

First, too many payment on my credit card that I disputed to my card company. Second, the front girl asked us to pay the $50 security fee in cash that would be credit at checkout. We did not pay the cash but was put on our credit card. Thirdly, the elevator was out for the whole two days and we had to take our luggage up and down the stairs. The only positive thing was the rooms.

The manager kicked us out because he decided to let his maid in my room to clean while I was sleeping and when I found out I addressed it asked his name and he refused to give it to me , the bathtubs are broken , they stop up , the place smells like weed and dog piss and it’s not even a smoking hotel.. elevators don’t work ,. The list goes on to be honest but whatever Floats your Boat
