The location is very good, close enough to Alexandria and to the beltway. The room was spacious and practical. The cleaning once a week is the bare minimum but for a single occupancy can be appropriate.
I have been here several times throughout the years. The laundry was out of service one year ago and so it was this time. I guess that it is permanently out of service and that should have been specified in advance.

The staff are amazing,; very helpful & friendly.
Our rooms were clean & comfortable.
Steven helped me save my phone when I stupidly dropped it down a storm drain!!!!! He gave me all the support I needed.
There were a couple of problems with our rooms. The hairdryer in my room nade a weird noise & didn't work but we went to the lobby & got an immediate replacement.
My cousin's bed in our room was squeaky when she turned over (glad it wasn't my bed!)

Low cost. Decent proximity to food and rail line (3/4-1mi). Basics all there. Glad good value property available for trip.
Location is a little tough, but it was relatively good value
$$$$
