Room was right by the door. Was able to check in early room was cleaned. Except they didnt clean around the couch found a dirty underwear from a women in between the wall and couch. Jacuzzi tube felt like there was dirt in the bottom of it as well. It was a handicap room and no bath seat for the tub or a removable shower head. But I will say bathroom was huge along with the room itself as well. Workers are very well professional as well. They have housing for the homeless as well, also I wasn't very impressed with walking down to a family members room the hall way smelt like weed its a smoke free rooms and yes someone was smoking weed in their room. I dont have a problem with people smoking but when it a smoke free rooms do it outside especially when families stay in the rooms as well. And when families do stay they need to get their kids under control as well. The children where running down the hallway and going in and out and getting our dog braking when we stepped out for 10 minutes. The adult spent her time on the phone and with it on speaker and everyone heard both sides of the conversation and no one else could hear themselves talk as well. And yes the worker did an amazing job of getting that undercontrol as well.
The workers not beable to get other adults and their children from yelling on speaker on the phone or the children with them to stop doing whatever they felt like doing as well. Also not beable to get people from stop smoking weed in the rooms they where staying in as well. The hallway smelt just like weed and kids running wild all down the hallway as well and screaming at all hours of the night. Also they need to check the steps in the pool as well granddaughter cut her foot along with another person staying there cut there foot to on a broken piece on the pool stairs.

Soft, fluffy bath sheets. Good hot coffee. Mostly carbs for breakfast, but they did offer yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and peanut butter for proteins. The staff was extremely friendly. The pool looked immaculate. There were several awards hanging in the lobby. The heater in the room was noisy and difficult to adjust. The carpet in the hall was a little worn. Overall, this hotel is a great value.

There weren't a lot of options in the area I needed to stay for a night, so this was sufficient. The lady at the counter was friendly and quick to take care of me. The room was spacious and appeared clean. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in my room.
The smells were hard for my alleriges. The laundry room was near the loby, pool, and breakfast area and I could smell the detergent smells from my room, too. It was inescapable. A group of young guests came in reeking of pot, too, which set off my allergies even though it is technically a non smoking facility. The bathroom did provide small shampoo, conditioner and soap bottles, but they were not new and I did not trust them. There was an ice bucket in my room, but it did not have a liner and I didn't trust that either. The pool was occupied by splashing children so I avoided that, but I did attempt to relax in the hot tub. It was a warm tub which is fine, but the jets were the weakest I've ever experienced. Better than nothing, I guess. The room heater was difficult to control. For the most part it was too hot for me so I kept turning it down, but eventually I turned it off. It kept coming back on by itself. It was pretty noisy. There were kids in the hotel and thin walls so I probably wasn't going to sleep much anyway, but the constant cycling of the heater definitely kept me up. The blankets on the bed were surprisingly thin for winter weather so maybe they set the heat high to compensate for the thin blankets. There were three pillows on my bed which I thought was odd. Usually there are 4. My room had a couch bed that I didn't end up needing, but I had booked the room for myself and a younger guest so I was surprised it wasn't made up and there wasn't extra bedding in the room. The continental breakfast had slim pickings, but offered some fairly bruised bananas and batter to make your own waffles which I tried. I don't know how long the batter sat out before I got to it, but I had an awful stomach ache soon after my breakfast there. There were basics available for coffee, but there was no tea option anywhere.
